20 Minute Butt-Kicking Workout


Hey Everyone!

My best friend came to town this last weekend and showed me an amazing workout routine that is perfect for days when you have no time but still want to feel the burn. She's the one responsible for this routine, and she knows just how to get your body looking its best. I tried this workout with her yesterday and I was dying by the end (and I cut everything in half). Looking forward to getting better and pushing myself to do the whole workout soon!

  5. Ooh, gracious! Burpees?!? I need to take a nap before I start this routine. Maybe a snack too. Then another nap. It's hard work mustering up the strength to start a strenuous routine. :0)

  8. This is incredible, though I can't imagine getting these done within 20 minutes! Hahaha! I'd also need to half this at the start but that's the thrill of these kind of workouts, pushing yourself to do better and smashing through it eventually!
