Danica's Baseball Baby Shower

This past Saturday we celebrated Danica's baby boy! Deby (my mother-in-law) and I put together a baseball themed baby shower and it turned out so perfect! Unfortunately my pictures aren't quite as good as usual because I ran the Big Cottonwood Half Marathon right before the shower and was not feeling great!

 Sign-in Table

I made both of these banners and thought they looked so cute! The tutorial for the tassel banner can be found here
We had all the guests fill out this "stats board" with their guesses for when the baby is going to be born!

The Nacho Bar. For the food we served typical baseball food: nachos, hotdogs, peanuts, cracker jacks, baby ruth bars, veggie cups, baseball cupcakes, licorice, and popcorn.
 Favor Table
"Thanks for making Danica's day a grand slam."
For the favors I ordered these cookies from Sweet Tooth Fairy and they turned out so cute!
 The invitation
 Vintage Soda Bottles

My mom made this banner. She is crazy talented!

I wish I had more pictures of Danica, but this ended being the only one I took! Despite my lack of pictures the shower turned out so great and we loved celebrating Danica's little boy! Thanks to all our family and friends that made it out!

XOXO!

Kauai Part 3

On the 4th day we went to Waimea Canyon, "the Grand Canyon of the Pacific". We took a hike down deeper in the canyon to see a waterfall and the views were beautiful. There were helicopters all around us that convinced us to take a helicopter tour later on in the week. Kauai has so many amazing hikes. It's an outdoor enthusiast's dream!
